CELEBRATION OF MOTHERHOOD AT THE BATTLE AXE WOMAN FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL

THE BATTLE AXE WOMAN FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL JUST CONCLUDED THIS CELEBRATION OF MOTHERHOOD. THIS YEAR’S ANNUAL CONVENTION CAME TO IT GRAND FINALE   ON THE 21^ST OF JUNE 2015.

           

It was a remarkable extravaganza that will linger in the minds of many for years and time in memorial. This celebration of motherhood was tagged “Women of wisdom” and people of all walk of life cultures and denominations gathered together at the headquarter “living praise worship center for all nations Inc (City of Joy), 35 Ugwuaji Road, Maryland, Enugu, Nigeria (West African).

            The three thousand capacity church was filled to the brim and the mummy of the house and president of Battle Axe Women Fellowship (BAWFI) in the person of Dr Mrs. Linda Oge –Okoye was full of beautiful and lovely smiles as she danced and danced and danced. Someone from a distance could tell how happy and elated at the success of this convention.

       

     There was celebration in the air such members of Gossip Lions International who went to cover the occasion could not help but to join in the ecstasy. There was special rendition from the award winning unstoppable choir.

            A very remarkable moment was when the president of Battle Axe woman fellowship led the dignitaries parent to cut the very beautify baked cake.

            For those who are not aware Dr (Mrs.) Linda Oge Okoye is the Grand patron of Gossip Lions International  and she contributed immensely to the organization both financially and most importantly spiritual. She is the mother of Gossip Lions International (GLI) and we are confident about the future of the organization because of her motherly support.

            The guest speaker of the programme, Dr (Mrs.) Nkiru Azike presented a sermon on a title “10 qualities of uncommon woman of wisdom.

            She delivered this tireless expose with so much divine wisdom, intellect and eloquence that everyone was gripped with inspiration and admiration.

            There were lots of side attraction of the event such as a special drama presentation by Drama Acts theatre tagged “Stand in the gap”. The transformer dancers kept us asking for more.

             The event came to a close by remarks and prayers of blessing by the senior pastor and prophet of our time, Pastor Emeka Okoye.

            We can’t wait for next year’s convention
